Sultan Ali Saifuddin Mosque (SOAS mosque)
Named after the 28th sultan of Brunei, the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque was built in 1958 at a cost of about $5 million (USD). The 44m minaret makes it the tallest building in central Bandar Seri Begawan. Listen for the call to prayer that echoes throughout the city centre, starting before dawn or at dusk. It is a beautiful Mosque.
Located in the city near by Kampong Ayer and next to Yayasan shopping complex.

Non-muslim is not allow to visit during the Friday's prayer. All visitor who want to visit this place have to wear appropriate before going in. There are all sort of rules because this Mosque is a very holy place.

Great view of the SOAS mosque
